These Terms & Conditions govern the services offered by Chile Travel Adventures, operated by Tour Operador Chile Adventures Limitada (RUT 77.623.313-7), Santiago, Chile (“we”, “us”). By booking a tour or journey with us, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We operate private day tours and multi-day journeys in Chile and neighboring countries. All experiences are private and tailored; final itineraries, inclusions, and prices are confirmed in writing before booking.
Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and the corresponding payment has been completed. Payments are made through secure direct payment links provided by us. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
Day tours: you may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour start time and receive a full refund, minus a 7% payment-processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
Multi-day journeys: cancellation and refund conditions depend on the policies of the providers included in each itinerary (hotels, wineries, estancias, cruises, airlines, and others). The specific conditions applicable to your journey are communicated in writing together with your itinerary proposal, before you confirm your booking.
Changes by You
We will do our best to accommodate date or itinerary changes, subject to availability and any price difference or third-party provider conditions.
Changes by Us
In rare cases (weather, safety, force majeure, or provider availability) we may need to modify an itinerary. We will always propose an equivalent alternative or, where that is not possible, a refund of the affected services.
Travel Documents & Insurance
You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport, visas where applicable) and for complying with entry requirements of Chile and any neighboring country visited. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical assistance, and personal belongings.
Liability
We act with the utmost care in selecting the providers involved in your trip. Our liability for services rendered by third parties (such as hotels, transport companies, or airlines) is limited to the conditions of those providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Chilean consumer law (Law No. 19.496).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
